The Platinum #3776 Century “Shape of a Heart Ivoire” features a white sandblasted body with a matte finish, rhodium trim and rhodium plated 14k nib, and a finial containing crystals and two metal hearts. This pen is limited to 2000pcs worldwide. From the promotional copy:

“Just like the first model, it features two heart-shaped pieces created when punching out the breather hole in the nib, placed in a transparent dome on the penʼ s finial with zirconia. While the heart-shaped cutouts are normally melted down and put back into making more nibs, the Shape of Heart fountain pen incorporates them into a penʼs design. The second edition features two heart-shaped 14 gold pieces applied with rhodium plating placed in the dome.
