The Platinum #3776 Century “Shape of a Heart Ivoire” features a white sandblasted body with a matte finish, rhodium trim and rhodium plated 14k nib, and a finial containing crystals and two metal hearts. This pen is limited to 2000pcs worldwide. From the promotional copy:

“Just like the first model, it features two heart-shaped pieces created when punching out the breather hole in the nib, placed in a transparent dome on the penʼ s finial with zirconia. While the heart-shaped cutouts are normally melted down and put back into making more nibs, the Shape of Heart fountain pen incorporates them into a penʼs design. The Platinum #3776 Century “Shape of a Heart Chai Latte” features a white sandblasted body with a matte finish and a beige cap (also sandblasted and matte) with rose gold trim and a rose gold plated 14k nib, and a finial containing crystals and three metal hearts. This pen is limited to 2000pcs worldwide. From the promotional copy:

Rarity and Availability

Both the black and ivory Shape of the Heart Pens are sold by retailers worldwide, and each is limited to 2000pcs. Officially only offered with EF, F, and M nibs, the Shape of the Heart’s nib can be swapped for other sizes by some retailers. The original black retails for $390, while the Ivoire is sold for $450 in the US. You can purchase them for much less if you live in the US and shop online at European retailers. Without VAT and with free shipping, you can save quite a bit. The Chai Latte retailed at $450 and sold out quickly. It may still be found in online Japanese shops for much less than $450.
