The tag will often note the # of the color for your pen. In the example below, this is color #22, while the product code is PNB20000R. With this information, you identify your pen (this is the Nice Lilas).
If none of these options are available (such as with pens purchased resale without box/accessories), you can try contacting Platinum Pens USA (distributed by Luxury Brands USA) to locate the Platinum product code. If your pen is a Japanese exclusive or older edition, you may need to contact Platinum Pen Japan.
