There are three in this Platinum x Central series as of late 2022. The website notes that this series is designed by Ainu artist ToyToy for the Pen Fair held by Daimaru Fujii Central Co. (department store) and Kusaka Kaban (leather goods maker).
These pens are standard body Platinum #3776 Century pens with screen printed designs by Ainu artist ToyToy.

It is said that the Ainu ancestors, who did not have letters, regarded the falling snow as a reply after praying wholeheartedly. Like the snow falling from the sky, I finished the design with the feeling that I want you to spell out the words that fall down to you with Upasikma (legend).
The pattern (Sonko) has the meaning of a talisman, and is made by connecting moreu (a quietly spinning pattern) and aiushi (a pattern with thorns) to prevent evil gods and monsters from entering. Also, the name “Sonko” means “message” in the Ainu language.
